Great technique, thank you for sharing. I want to respectfully semi-agree with one point though: "Leaders want people who can take information and provide thoughtful perspectives." -- Yes, but their *own* perspectives. AI-generated slop can be spotted from far away, even though people may think otherwise. It's a waste of everyone's time, unless AI-generated ideas are proofed, edited, reworked. Then they become one's own. But honestly, when I see coworkers submit something to me that's 100% AI and 0% them, I find it disrespectful. If I want an AI perspective, I'll ask myself.

This is such a great idea! People often have to sift through way too many messages, emails, and documents to find what they need. So, if you can highlight the critical details, you make everyone's life easier. A summary, agenda, or meeting notes simply tell you what was said. They don't always tell you what's important, so it's super useful when you can add perspective on what matters most.
