I loved this breakdown and saw myself clearly! I enjoyed being the Swiss Army Knife that served my team. I felt like the protector and the facilitator. The challenge I face at this level of skill is finding supportive management that wouldn’t see this as a threat but as a team win and a resource. What’s your take on when to be good (top 50%) vs outstanding (top 1%) at your job for corporate politics?

This is great. These are skills that will work in virtually any field. I am especially fond of the 80/20. I've always felt that by handling the small things, the big ones get easier.
